    Ordering

    Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? 

    A: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to make changes.

    A: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you select. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 9-11 days, while Expedited Shipping can take up to 7-9 days.

    Q: How do I return an item?

     A: To return an item, please follow the instructions on our Return & Refund Policy page. You will need to ship the item back to us at your own cost.

    Q: When will I receive my refund? 

    A: Refunds are processed within 7-10  business days after we receive the returned item. The funds will be credited to your original method of payment.

    Q: The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
